Digital Ecosystem Product Launch
Lead 0-to-1 launch and growth of the Digital Ecosystem, an internal Bosch application and GS's smart information hub for all things Digitalization. Grew from concept to 20,000+ users within two years. Since launching in March 2024, we've shipped 18 releases with high-impact features like ChatGPT integration, self-service content management, and built-in platform analytics. Secured first non-GS contract (RBHU, 5,000 licenses) within 60 days. Built and led agile, high-performance team across business functions and multiple countries with a growth mindset and experimentation culture.
Global TRUST Project Delivery
Enabled delivery of enterprise-wide transformation by implementing transparent Power BI reporting, quality gate workflows, and agile project tracking across multiple regions. Orchestrated digital and shared services transformations for supply chain/logistics, risk management, and accounting operations.
ServiceNow North America Launch
Pioneered and launched Bosch's first ServiceNow process in North America, awarded for exceeding TRUST-NA project goals and enabling shared services transformation.
Digital Labs & Change Management
Created scalable digital transformation labs and coaching programs as Digital Change Agent, driving automation and data analytics adoption across business functions. Developed innovative solutions using automation, data analytics, and data visualization to streamline processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.
Costa Rica Facility Setup
Led 0-to-1 setup of Bosch Costa Rica facility as part of 1A@B_NA Accounting Project, establishing processes and systems from ground up.
RBHU Contract Achievement
Secured first major non-GS contract for Digital Ecosystem platform (5,000 licenses) within 60 days of launch, demonstrating product-market fit and commercial viability.
